A poem you've already written -- printed, or open in a document you can mark up.
The revision framework.
87 minutes without interruption.

I'll revise a real poem of mine in front of you -- what I'm cutting, what I'm keeping, and why.

Then you'll do the same thing to your own poem, using the same framework.

After this, you'll have a process for revision you can use on everything you write from here on.
