Have three things nearby:

• A blank document or notebook.
• The workshop worksheet.
• About an hour without interruption.

I’ll write alongside you as we go.

By the end, you’ll have taken something from your life, developed it line by line, brought it to an ending, and made a short revision pass.

Then you’ll have the process to use again.
